About
The studio film series uses a comedy focus to highlight the day to day, true to life situations that happen within the set-up of a music recording studio.

‘Stevie Too Hot’ is the main man and he is a lyrical genius when it comes to arranging studio bookings, music deals or even more crucially sorting out the mishaps that constantly haunt The Studio. He has the ‘gift of the gab’ which is the one thing that helps him get through the difficulties that arise daily in the studio.

However, Stevie’s technical skills are limited, in fact they are non-existent and so he relies on his skilful apprentice ‘Skillz’ to always save the day when it comes to studio engineering on a session. ‘Skillz’ enjoys the banter in the studio and always joins in, continuously hitting them with his wise cracks. He gets the job done but Stevie ALWAYS takes the credit.

‘Lady Unsket and Miss Behave’ are young female artists in their own right and are regular attendees at The Studio. They do get on but are always competing with each other as ‘Lady Unsket’ is a true to the road chick while ‘Miss Behave’ is a wannabe road chick whose family is well off. Lady Unsket has a straight forward raw gang attitude and she is how she is, but secretly ‘Miss behave’ has to change to her ghetto clothes after she has left home and she has to take them off before she returns home. However, ‘Lady Unsket’ and ‘Miss Behave’ always seem to get on better whenever they are faced with the over exaggerated personality of Stevie’s girlfriend ‘Dezire’.

‘Dezire’ does not play around, she is the best. As far as she is concerned, she is the best singer, the best dresser, best advisor and certainly the best girlfriend Stevie could ever have. She just loves The Studio but cares more about herself.

‘Stevie Too Hot’s’ younger brother ‘Chris’ has a big job in a major record company and although Stevie is slightly jealous of this, he uses it as a trial and trusted method to inspire the Studio team and others.

‘Cleaner Eric’ is a singer but The Studio team never acknowledge him as one and so he is an upset elder who passes cheeky comments regularly. Nevertheless, ‘Stevie’ cannot sack him because he is the rent man’s, wife’s brother and he is included as part of the deal for ‘Stevie’ to be able to operate the Studio.

‘Charlie’, the rent man, wants his rent but ‘Stevie’ is always on the dodge and so ‘Charlie’ has to resort to different measures to try and get Stevie to pay the outstanding rent. Other Studio users ‘The Chief’, ‘Whatz Up Crew’ and ‘Term Man’ ensure the task is made even more difficult for Stevie.

Ultimately, it all resorts to mad and crazy unpredictability in the Studio and as the Lyrics state in the introduction Theme Song “It’s Amazing Anything Gets Done…’’
